As part of fieldwork in Tanjung Benoa, Bali, Dr Harkunti Rahayu and her team visited an Elementary School to see how tsunami early warning is embedded in local education. The team observed evacuation route signage and evacuation maps that had been developed for the school, and saw how disaster education and information are taught through songs. The school included 17 groups, representing different learners and their requirements. Most of the teachers at the School come from Singaraja, a port town in northern Bali.
