A research presentation was made at the APRU Multi-Hazard Symposium in November 2021 (https://drrc.ui.ac.id/apru2021/). The presentation was made based on the desk-based study, which consisted of an in-depth systematic and narrative review. The research presentation was made on Key challenges in disseminating Tsunami Early Warning to the local level. APRU is a network of 61 leading universities linking the Americas, Asia and Australasia. The Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) brings together thought leaders, researchers, and policy-makers to exchange ideas and collaborate on effective solutions to the challenges of the 21st century. The theme of the APRU symposium was Building Partnerships for Sustainable Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) for All Hazards.
